The adhesive is solvent-based, repositionable, and permanent, with an expected outdoor lifespan of 5-7 years. Installation can be further improved with 3M 94 Primer and 3M Edge sealer, which promote adhesion and add life to the vinyl without damaging the texture. These products are not mandatory, but they will enhance the performance and longevity of the vinyl.
